About
A local visual team rooted in Chattanooga.
Veteran-Owned Business
Lookout Visuals is a veteran-owned visual team creating professional aerial and ground-level photography and video for businesses, properties, construction projects, events, and organizations across the greater Chattanooga region.
We're inspired by the ridgelines of Lookout Mountain, the bend of the Tennessee River, and the open skies over the valley. That perspective shapes how we capture your work — from above and at eye level.
Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We serve the surrounding region honestly — we won't claim offices we don't have or capabilities we haven't verified.
Verified credentials
- Part 107 certified. Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates under 14 CFR Part 107 for commercial drone operations.
- Airspace authorization. We can request and obtain access to controlled and restricted airspace through LAANC and the FAA DroneZone in many circumstances, subject to approval.
- Tennessee LLC. Lookout Visuals is a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Tennessee.
What we don't claim
We do not claim insurance coverage, awards, or specialized capabilities beyond the credentials above unless an administrator verifies and publishes those claims. Aerial filming remains subject to weather, airspace, safety, property access, and FAA flight requirements. Visual documentation is not a licensed engineering, surveying, appraisal, or building-inspection service.
