Retainer FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your member portal or contact us. You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle.
Are there limits to what I can request?
Yes. Made-to-Order is for generic local b-roll only — public parks, landmarks, cityscapes, infrastructure, and scenery that can't be tied back to you. Requests go into our production queue and are aligned with the initiatives we're working on, so they aren't guaranteed — we film what fits the calendar. Testimonials, interviews, on-camera personnel, client branding, logos, or anything that identifies you or your business aren't included. All request-produced footage is added to the Lookout Library and licensed to the public as royalty-free content.
What happens to the footage I request?
You get a copy in your library to keep and use. We also add it to our public royalty-free catalog — that shared library is part of how we offer membership pricing well below a typical custom-shoot rate.
How fast are made-to-order requests fulfilled?
Typically within 2–3 weeks, depending on weather and scheduling. We'll keep you posted on timing.
Do unused filming days roll over?
Filming days reset each billing cycle. We'll work with you to schedule them so none go to waste.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract. It's month-to-month (or year-to-year if you choose annual billing).
