No. Aerial filming is subject to weather, airspace, safety, property access, and applicable flight requirements. We confirm feasibility after a quick location review and never promise a flight is possible before then.

Some areas — airports, military installations, stadiums, national parks, and certain controlled airspace — carry flight restrictions. But a restricted zone isn't always a hard stop. As licensed pilots, we can request authorization directly from the FAA to fly in controlled airspace through LAANC or a formal waiver. We've successfully obtained permission and flown directly over airports. If your site sits in restricted airspace, tell us — we'll work the authorization process and confirm what's possible before we promise anything.

Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days after filming. Rush options are available when the schedule allows.
