Videographer
Lookout Visual is a drone and cinematic videography company based in Chattanooga that captures ground-level and aerial footage for clients across Cleveland, TN and the surrounding region.
Cleveland, TN
Cleveland, TN sits at the edge of the Cherokee National Forest corridor, where industrial growth, real estate development, and community events create a steady demand for professional video documentation. Lookout Visual coordinates shoots across Cleveland and nearby areas including Ooltewah, Sweetwater, and Harrison, bringing both aerial and ground-based camera systems to each project. Whether your shoot takes place on a commercial property along Paul Huff Parkway or at a venue in the foothills, we frame the work around what you need to document.
A standard engagement includes pre-production planning, on-location capture using aerial and ground-based camera systems, post-production editing, and delivery of finished files in broadcast-ready formats. Depending on your project, deliverables may include a primary cut, short-form social edits, and still frames sourced from video footage. Every project begins with a clear scope so you know exactly what you will receive before the first camera is in position.
Lookout Visual operates FAA Part 107 safety-certified drone platforms alongside ground-based cinema cameras capable of recording in 4K and 6K resolution. Aerial systems capture wide-area context, roof-line detail, and site-scale perspective that ground cameras cannot assemble on their own. Ground rigs cover interiors, close-range product or facility detail, and stabilized motion sequences. Both systems are coordinated within a single shoot day wherever possible.
Before any camera is deployed, we conduct a pre-flight and pre-production planning session to confirm airspace conditions, identify ground-level shot priorities, and align on the final deliverable format. On capture day, the crew arrives with equipment staged and a shot list assembled from your brief. Post-production editing follows a structured review process so you can request revisions before final delivery. Finished files are delivered via secure download link in the formats you specify.
Lookout Visual produces video for real estate brokers and property managers documenting residential and commercial listings, construction firms preserving project-phase documentation, event organizers capturing ceremonies and corporate gatherings, and local businesses building marketing libraries. Industrial and manufacturing facilities in the Cleveland corridor also use aerial documentation for site assessment and stakeholder reporting. If your work requires a clear, accurate visual record, the service is built for you.
Cleveland sits within controlled and uncontrolled airspace segments that require careful coordination with FAA LAANC authorization tools and, in some cases, direct facility agreements. Our crew is familiar with the flight environment across Bradley County and the surrounding foothills, which reduces scheduling delays caused by airspace surprises. Ground-level local knowledge also helps us frame exterior shots that accurately reflect the character of a neighborhood or commercial district rather than producing generic footage that could belong anywhere.
Standard post-production turnaround for a single-location shoot is five to seven business days from the capture date. Rush delivery within two to three business days is available for time-sensitive listings or event recap content. Final files are delivered in H.264 or ProRes formats and sized for web, social, and broadcast use. You retain full ownership of the delivered footage.
Lookout Visual is based in Chattanooga and regularly coordinates shoots across Cleveland, Ooltewah, Sweetwater, Harrison, and the broader Southeast Tennessee region. If your project falls outside these areas, contact us and we will confirm availability and any applicable travel fee.
Yes. All Lookout Visual drone operators hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is the federal safety and knowledge certification required for commercial drone operations in the United States. We obtain all required LAANC authorizations and facility approvals before any flight.
We monitor wind speed, precipitation, and visibility conditions in the days leading up to your scheduled shoot. If conditions do not meet safe operating thresholds on the day of capture, we will reschedule the aerial portion at no additional charge. Ground-based filming can often proceed on the original date if weather permits interior or covered-location work.
Standard turnaround is five to seven business days after the capture date. Rush delivery in two to three business days is available upon request. We will confirm your turnaround window in writing before the shoot so you can plan your publication or distribution timeline accordingly.
Pricing is scoped per project based on shoot duration, number of locations, deliverable formats, and any rush or travel requirements. We provide a fixed-price quote after the discovery session so there are no variable charges after the shoot begins. Contact us to describe your project and receive a written estimate.
You will receive the agreed-upon edited video files in the formats specified during pre-production, along with any short-form cuts or still frames included in the scope. Files are delivered via a secure download link and you retain full commercial ownership of all delivered content. We do not retain licensing rights over footage produced for your project.
