Services
Lookout Visuals provides professional aerial and ground-level photography and videography services. Visual documentation is provided for marketing and informational purposes and is not a licensed engineering, surveying, appraisal, or building-inspection service.
Aerial filming
Aerial filming remains subject to weather, airspace, safety, property access, and applicable flight requirements. We do not guarantee that a drone flight is possible until a location review is complete.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Prices may change with scope, locations, and turnaround. A deposit may be required to secure a filming date.
Deposits and payment
Deposit requirements are stated on each quote. Deposits are typically non-refundable once filming is scheduled, except where required by law.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur fees, stated in the quote.
Travel and expenses
For any work that requires travel or an overnight, actual lodging and expenses are billed at cost, plus a $179/day per diem per crew member. Mileage beyond 50 miles from Chattanooga is charged at the current IRS standard mileage rate plus $0.05 per mile; the first 50 miles are included.
Weather and access
Filming dates may shift due to weather, access, or airspace conditions. We will work with you to reschedule promptly.
Claims
We do not claim licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, awards, or specialized capabilities unless verified and published by an administrator.
